Usually the word legacy has a positive effect on peoples minds. But you could be leaving a legacy of good or a legacy of evil. Solomon is following David, but more importantly he is following God‘s path.

Battle of Wisdom

The Battle or War of Wisdom has been going on since the beginning of the Bible. Let’s see how Solomon begins his reign as king.

Battle with Confrontation

Nathan courageously confronts David out of love, risking his life to help restore him. He models how biblical confrontation should be both truthful and compassionate. Do we confront in love and how do we handle being confronted?

David is to be with the army, but he is still at home. A series of steps will lead David down a road he should never have gone down.

This week we continue to see how David interacts with the Lord. this could give us good insight into how we are to walk with the lord as well.

King Saul dies and he fulfills the prophecies told of him. Jesus dies and he too will fulfill the prophecies.

David is on this epic journey. You see him in victory, we see him on the run, we see him in unique situations. Then, all of a sudden, we see the story go to King Saul and his attempts to “see” the outcome.
